Parrot Pals is an education program designed for young children. The child will receive a monthly parrot
education package.

We offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities, catering to various interests and skill sets. Whether you’re passionate about hands-on parrot care, enthusiastic about assisting at our vibrant events, or willing to provide a nurturing foster home for a special needs parrot, there’s a meaningful role waiting for you.
Volunteer Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age. If under 18, parent or legal guardian must also sign. If under the age of 15, a guardian must stay on site. No other experience required will train.
- Must prove they are able to conduct themselves in a safe manner for themselves and the flock
- Dressing appropriately for tasks
- Handling birds with care
- Following instructions appropriately
- Must sign the Volunteer Agreement

Volunteer Duties Include
- Direct Contact Bird Tasks Such As
- Bird Enclosure Cleaning
- Bird Feeding and Watering
- Bird Enrichment and Handling
- Non-Bird Related Tasks Such As
- Facility and Grounds Cleaning
- Food Preparation
